This Shipping Policy explains the process and timeframes associated with your order, whether it is placed online through our Website or offline at our store.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Most of our products are made to order, ensuring you receive furniture crafted specifically for your order — whether purchased online or at our store. Once your order is confirmed and, where applicable, advance payment is received, we begin the crafting process, which typically takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks depending on the product and customisation involved.

2. Dispatch Time

Your product will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after it is ready. We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped, along with tracking information where applicable.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on your shipping destination and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport disruptions, or courier delays. For offline orders opting for in-store pickup, our team will notify you as soon as the product is ready for collection at the showroom.

4. Shipping Locations

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of the product. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated at checkout for online orders, or on your order form/invoice for offline orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details, where applicable. You can use this to track the delivery status of your order. For offline orders, you may also track your order by contacting our store team directly with your order reference number.

7. Delivery Terms

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you in advance to arrange a hassle-free delivery.
• Free delivery, where offered, is applicable only for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If this attempt is missed, an extra visiting charge will apply for a second attempt.
• In the absence of a service lift, our delivery partner will deliver only to the ground floor of your building. Extra charges apply per floor for delivery to a higher floor, on request.
• Extra charges may apply for weekend or time-specific delivery slots.
• If delivery cannot be completed, your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub. After this period, Pickwood reserves the right to either reschedule or cancel the order, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

8. Offline Orders and Store Pickup

For orders placed at our showroom, you may choose either home delivery or in-store pickup, subject to availability and confirmation by our store team. The crafting, dispatch, and delivery timelines described above apply equally to offline orders unless a different timeline is specifically communicated to you in writing at the time of purchase.

9. Delays

While we strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in dispatching or delivering your order, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.
